TOTAL Energies CHAN Semi-Finals Fan Mobilization & Experience Management

This project involved a large-scale fan mobilization initiative organized for TOTAL Energies during the CHAN Tournament Semi-Finals. The objective was to create a memorable experience for over 400 children and adults from multiple organizations, giving them the opportunity to watch a live match at Nambole Stadium. Our role extended far beyond transportation—we were responsible for coordinating a complete end-to-end guest experience that showcased TOTAL Energies’ community focus and brand commitment to youth empowerment.

 

To ensure a seamless journey, our team organized fleet logistics, secure movement to and from the stadium, meal arrangements, hydration stations, and controlled group handling. A critical element of the project was inclusivity: we deployed trained ushers and volunteers specifically briefed to support Persons With Disabilities (PWDs), guaranteeing equal access and comfort for all participants. This emphasis on dignity and safety helped reinforce TOTAL Energies’ community-driven brand values.

Additionally, we handled the production and installation of 500 high-quality branded seat covers, transforming the stadium seating area into a visible brand zone. This not only strengthened brand presence during the match but also created a vibrant, cohesive aesthetic for media, attendees, and partner organizations. The event was executed flawlessly and resulted in strong goodwill, positive community feedback, and heightened brand positioning for TOTAL Energies.
